Leverage your natural sales skills to close deals, upsell solutions, and drive new contracts with prospective clients.
Assist customers through the digital onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.
Manage calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
Be the voice of the brand, delivering a positive, professional image to clients.
Oversee the administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate records.

Profil recherché
Fluency in French, German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience in sales or customer service in a call center environment is highly advantageous, but we're open to training the right candidate.
You can build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
You think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to challenges.




You are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
