Business Development Director, Europe (flexible location), Contract Catering & Facilities Management, up to €200k + package

We are working on a BRILLIANT, strategic Business Development Director role.We are looking for a senior business developer with energy, drive and the ability to build and motivate a large (sometimes indirect) group of salespeople.

Our client is a integral service provider business who has wide and varied operations and a variety of service offers ranging across Contract Catering and Facilities Management.

You will have extensive experience with all elements of the bid & tender process and a keen understanding of how to build those key client relationships.You will have experience and a genuine passion for Contract Catering and/or facilities Management, this is an absolute must for the right candidate.

The Candidate:

- You will be able to demonstrate leadership and success.
- You will come from a business development background within Contract Catering and/or Facilities Management, with experience of large tenders.
- Proven seller with retention and development experience.
- Managed large teams to success.
- Ambitious and hungry to succeed.
- Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile.
- Polished and well presented.
- Excellent understanding of all Sales processes including tender and bid writing.
