About the Role

This role is essential for representing clients in administrative proceedings, challenging government regulations, and ensuring compliance with administrative law. Key Responsibilities

- Represent clients in administrative processes before federal, state, and municipal authorities.
- Draft and file administrative appeals, amparo lawsuits, and other legal remedies.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and potential administrative liabilities.
- Conduct legal research on administrative law, constitutional law, and related areas.
- Analyze administrative acts and regulations for legal challenges.
- Prepare legal opinions and strategic recommendations for clients facing administrative disputes.
- Liaise with government officials and agencies on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on changes in administrative law and procedures.

Requirements

- Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from an accredited university.
- Specialization or significant experience in Administrative Law and Contencioso Administrativo.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative litigation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Mexican administrative procedures, including the Federal Administrative Procedure Law (Ley Federal de Procedimiento Administrativo).
- Proven experience in drafting legal briefs and arguing administrative cases.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with constitutional law, particularly the writ of amparo, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in office software and legal research databases.
