Trainee O&M; Management

* Assist in the supervision of Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) activities for PV power plants, ensuring optimal plant performance.
* Conduct system monitoring and data analysis to identify issues, assist in troubleshooting, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Preparatory work on regular performance and maintenance reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly yield assessments.
* Support in processing of warranty cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
* Analyze costs, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize budgeting and resource allocation. Requirements
* You finished your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
* It is an advantage if you already have some relevant work experience (Reporting and analyses of performance data and Operation of technical facilities) in infrastructure or energy.
* You are proficient in MS Office.
* You are fluent in Spanish and good in English, having Portuguese skill is a plus.
