Lush is seeking a Regional People Partner to lead HR strategy across Europe’s major markets, including France, Germany, Italy and Spain. You will align regional leaders, country managers, and partners to drive people-related change and business performance.
You will directly manage People Leads in multiple entities, applying Lush people principles, driving regional consistency, and partnering with general teams on cross-functional projects. Travel across major markets is required.
