S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a backend‐leaning Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to help drive our Engineering function from our Barcelona hub, joining one of our product teams building an AI‐powered platform for clinical research. You'll work in a small, autonomous team that ships to production frequently, with AI agents as part of how we design, build, test and review software. It's a great fit for someone who thinks like a product engineer, cares about outcomes as much as code, and wants their work to help get treatments to patients sooner. A senior engineer with a product engineering mindset: you ask why before how, measure success by user impact, and take ownership from idea to production. Technically, you bring deep C#/.
NET and PostgreSQL experience on the back end and solid React with TypeScript on the front end. You think in clean boundaries, are comfortable with event‐driven systems, and already work in an agentic way, directing AI coding agents to move fast without lowering the quality bar. Design and build backend services in C#/.




NET following clean architecture and CQRS principles. Model data and write performant, secure PostgreSQL schemas, queries and migrations in a multi‐tenant environment. Develop responsive front‐end features in React and TypeScript. Deploy and operate cloud‐agnostic services on Kubernetes, with observability built in from day one. Practise agentic software development: plan, delegate and review work done by AI coding agents, keeping code tested and production‐ready. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Back‐End Engineer. ~ Hands‐on agentic software development with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot agents. ~ Strong C#/.
NET Core experience building production services. ~ Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query performance and versioned database migrations. ~ Event‐driven systems with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or NATS, including reliable messaging patterns (outbox, idempotency). ~ Solid React with TypeScript for front‐end development. ~ Containerised services running on Kubernetes. ~ Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and building portable, vendor‐agnostic services.
