We are currently looking for a Landside Multicarrier Agent to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this role, you will own and manage the end-to-end inland customer experience, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of inland services. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality service. The role requires the ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively across teams and, where relevant, supporting and guiding others.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the end-to-end inland service process, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirementsAct as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to inland services, ensuring timely and effective resolutionDeliver value-added solutions by leveraging strong business and process understandingMaintain a customer-centric approach, proactively identifying risks and preventing errorsPrepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely mannerSupport customer retention and growth through cross-selling and up-selling opportunitiesEnsure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelinesMaintain proactive and clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams, including participation in regular callsCollaborate with Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen customer relationshipsSupport reporting activities and execute additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or ManagerWhat We Are Looking ForGood understanding of logistics and supply chain operationsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholdersHigh level of customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to work effectively under pressure while maintaining organization and accuracyA team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to shared goalsStrong sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to drive issues through to resolutionA proactive and positive attitudeGood command of English (written and spoken)Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
