About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for all digital content initiatives, including social media, website, email marketing, video, and interactive experiences.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content from concept to final delivery.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and campaign goals.
Define and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital content creation and distribution.
Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Analyze content performance metrics and use data to inform future creative decisions and optimize strategies.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
RequirementsProven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar leadership role in a digital or agency environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital content campaigns and creative projects across various platforms.
Exceptional understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, UX/UI principles, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage remote creative teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision clearly.
Proficiency in relevant creative software and project management tools.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
