Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging. Serve as our customers' primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues that require assistance from the Support team. Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering) with demonstrated self-direction and organizational excellence Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Native fluency and business level German and English Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions. Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise a plus.
