About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a Senior Influence Manager to launch educational and special projects with YouTube and fintech creators for a integral trading-platform brand.

The role combines influencer partnerships, content development and full-cycle project execution, with a focus on measurable business impact.

Tasks:

- Source, assess and build relationships with YouTube influeners and niche fintech, trading and investing influencers
- Develop and launch educational, YouTube and other special projects with creators
- Prepare concepts, briefs and collaboration formats together with influencers and internal teams
- Manage projects end to end: outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch and reporting
- Conduct post-campaign analysis: assess content and audience results, traffic, conversions and contribution to business metrics

Requirements:

- 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, special projects, YouTube, content production or digital media




- Experience working with YouTube creators long-term and/or niche fintech, trading or investing influencers
- Understanding of the full cycle of special projects, from concept development to post-campaign analysis
- Ability to connect creator and content performance with brand-awareness and business metrics
- Experience working with mutli-language creators, speakers, agencies or production teams
- Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills
- Native-level Russian and confident English (B2+)
