This full-time temporary opening is aimed at covering a medical leave of absence with an initial reference period of six months and the option for extension.

Key tasks
Assisting residents directly with their basic activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meals.
Providing consistent support and guidance during occupational workshops and organized activities at the center.
Fostering an inclusive, supportive, and dignified atmosphere that promotes personal independence and social inclusion.




Working alongside the multidisciplinary team to ensure daily routines run smoothly and resident needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
An intermediate vocational training degree (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in relevant fields such as sociosanitary care, socio-educational intervention, or personal autonomy support.
A valid Class B driving license.
General computer skills at user level to handle routine documentation and reporting.
A genuine dedication to person-centered care, patience, and a constructive attitude when interacting with people with disabilities.

A gross annual salary of 21,** EUR.
A full-time schedule structured around rotating shifts that include morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Additional financial bonuses for night shifts and holiday hours.
