Description : Project Execution : Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily activities of the project, ensuring that it progresses smoothly and stays on schedule.
Financial Management : Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and making adjustments as needed to avoid budgetary overruns.
Quality Control : Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular reviews to maintain compliance with specifications.
Work Planning take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using Ferrovial's performance management systems to improve personal performance.
Set appropriate performance objectives for team members and hold them accountable for achieving these.
Capability Building : Use the Ferrovial's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs.
Plan and implement actions to build their capabilities.
Provide training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
Relationship Management : Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients,



building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
Leadership and Direction : Communicate the local action plan connected with Ferrovial's broader mission and vision; develop the shared vision that we are the sum of many businesses that have come together to achieve excellence and motivate people to achieve local business objectives.
