At Capitole, we are supporting a German company in the automotive sector in the growth of its AI team in Spain. This is a permanent position with direct employment by the end client. You will join their internal technology team and work on AI initiatives across different business areas such as finance, logistics, HR and manufacturing. We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong focus on architecture, combining a solid understanding of Generative AI with the ability to design, integrate and deploy end-to-end AI solutions in an enterprise environment. ? What you'll be doing
• Design end-to-end architectures for Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and multi-agent systems.
• Design integrations between AI components, APIs, MCP servers, corporate systems and data sources.
• Define scalable and reusable AI architecture patterns.
• Evaluate new models, frameworks and technologies for different business use cases.
• Support the deployment, monitoring and lifecycle of AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with other AI Engineers. ? What we're looking for
• Strong background in software / solution architecture and end-to-end solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG.
• Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems, using LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, CrewAI,



AutoGen or similar.
• Knowledge of embeddings, retrieval and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS or equivalent.
• Experience with MCP, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+). ? The project You will work on AI use cases and PoCs for different internal business areas, helping explore new applications of Generative AI and define how these solutions should be architected and integrated within an enterprise environment. ?
