Barcelona, Spain | Full-time, Permanent | Start Date: December. Elevate Events is looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Hotel Booking Specialist to join our growing team in Barcelona. You’ll work on large scale international projects helping deliver exceptional accommodation experiences for participants worldwide. About Elevate Events Elevate Events is a general Accommodation, Hospitality & Event Support Partner, providing accommodation management, venue sourcing, hospitality services, and operational support for events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Hotel Booking & Accommodation Management
• Manage participant accommodation requests, from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
• Manage extensive rooming lists both through online digital platform and directly in Excel ( High level of Excel essential )
• Research hotels and accommodation options for events across international destinations.
• Negotiate hotel rates, contracts, availability, and booking conditions.
• Coordinate with hotels to ensure accurate bookings and consistent service standards. Customer Service & Relationships
• Handle booking enquiries, amendments, special requests, and reminders.
• Provide personalised accommodation solutions based on customer needs.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve booking issues or complaints efficiently both online and on site
• Build strong relationships with hotels, suppliers, clients, and event partners. Project Coordination & Administration
• Monitor payments and invoicing, coordinating with the finance team.




• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Support accommodation, transfer logistics, and event operations across multiple events and projects. What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Events Management, Business, or a related field a plus
• Fluency in English, ( additional languages a bonus).
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Available to travel to multiple international events a year.
• A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team. Desirable Experience & Skills
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel reservations, accommodation management, or events.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing client relationships.
• High level of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Additional languages are highly valued.
