About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing campaigns, spearheading content creation, and supporting day-to-day initiatives across digital, social, influencer, and email channels. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to drive measurable impact within a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and influencer channels




• Help strategize and execute integral product launches involving world-renowned celebrity collaborators and professional dancers
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce on-brand assets and high-quality content that performs and builds brand equity
• Conduct market research to discover trends and new product development or marketing opportunities
• Interest in dance, fashion, or footwear is not required but a strong plus

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in DTC or e-commerce
• Proficient English speaking
• You are a creative thinker and are able to think outside-the-box
• The ability to learn quickly and have a curious mind
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, and resourceful
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
