Reporting to the Europe Manager Fragrance of the company, you will be in charge of business development in Spain and Portugal. ROLE DESCRIPTION
• Develop new business opportunities in Spain and Portugal
• Define and implement a business development strategy tailored to local market priorities and in line with Europe strategy
• Understand market requirements, including olfactive preferences, price positioning and regulatory constraints
• Transform customer expectations into clear and structured briefs
• Manage and coordinate fragrance development briefs in close collaboration with Creation, Evaluation, Marketing and internal teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the development process
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers, in line with the Europe strategy and profitability targets.
• Ensure financial discipline: orders, billing, payments terms, pricing, budget
• Regular activity report to management




• Represent Argeville at trade shows and industry events REQUIREMENTS
• Business school degree
• 5 years of experience in fragrance area
• Fluent in Spanish
• Fluent in English and/or French
• Strong business development skills
• In depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets including key players and trends
• Solid knowledge of sales and marketing tools
• Experience in sales strategy implementation and project management
• Business monitoring
