· OTE €75,000 Somewhere in Dublin tonight, someone is looking at a home in Spain and wondering who they can trust and who to speak to. In Utrecht, someone else is doing the same. This job is to be the person they’re both glad they reached out to. At Corcoran Micasamo, we help people from across Europe find and buy homes on the Spanish coast, from the Costa Blanca through the Costa Cálida to the Costa Almería. It’s a big decision, often made from far away, and it starts with a conversation. We listen first, keep buyers informed at every step, and stay with them from that first call until well after the keys. What you’ll do You’ll be the first person a buyer really talks to. Everyone you speak to has already asked to hear from us, so there’s no cold calling. You’ll find out what they want and why, help them see what’s possible, and introduce them to the broker who will take them from a video call to a viewing trip, and from a viewing trip to a set of keys. Your job isn’t to sell. It’s to make someone feel they’ve found the right people. Do that well and the sales follow, and so does your commission. Why this is a career, not a job
• You earn from the results you help create, with on-target earnings of €75,000 a year




• You learn the Spanish property market from the inside, working alongside people who have spent decades in it
• We’re opening new offices along the coast, and we want to grow our future leaders from within
• You join an affiliated brokerage in the Corcoran network, a name buyers already recognise
• Who we’re looking for
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Dutch, Polish, French, or Spanish (a real advantage, not essential)
• Experience on the phone in sales, customer service, travel, or hospitality
• A warm, unhurried manner and a genuine interest in people
• The ambition to earn well by doing right by others
• Eligibility to work in Spain, we will also consider home based work from outside Spain The practical bit
• Based in San Javier, Murcia, with hybrid working after training
• Five days a week between Monday and Saturday, 13:00 to 21:00 on weekdays
• Basic salary based on experience, plus commission
