We are looking for a Data Scientist / AI Developer to join our growing Data & AI team and contribute to the design and development of innovative AI and Generative AI solutions that address real business challenges. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, helping clients transform their operations through scalable, impactful, and user-centric AI solutions. Your Role As a Data Scientist / AI Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data professionals, and technology teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions. Beyond technical development, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into practical and scalable AI applications that create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and functional needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate directly with business users and stakeholders to ensure solutions generate tangible business value.
• Design and develop solutions based on Data Science, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build AI applications leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), APIs, and both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop robust and scalable components and services primarily using Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and multiple sources of information.
• Evaluate and improve the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.
• Participate hands-on throughout the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and limitations to both technical and business audiences.





Your Profile
• AI Engineering Expertise: 2–5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields.
• Python Development: Advanced Python skills with hands-on experience building production-ready solutions.
• Generative AI: Practical experience developing solutions using Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• RAG & Information Retrieval: Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector and hybrid search, and information retrieval techniques.
• Systems Integration: Experience working with APIs and integrating multiple data sources and enterprise applications.
• Development Best Practices: Familiarity with Git, testing methodologies, modular architectures, and technical documentation.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Business Understanding: Ability to understand business processes and challenges and transform them into AI
- and data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
