El Camí de la Solidaritat is launching the world’s first Digital Incubator for grassroots NGOs—empowering them to tackle critical issues like climate change, poverty, and gender inequality with sustainable, high-impact solutions. To fuel this mission, we are seeking a dedicated Researcher for our Impact Measurement and Management team to analyze NGO performance and ensure that funding is translated into measurable, evidence-based outcomes. What You Will Do:
• NGO Research & Analysis: Investigate NGOs operating in health, environmental sustainability, poverty alleviation, and education to evaluate their strategies and intervention models.
• Cost-Effectiveness Assessment: Analyze project evaluations and financial allocations to estimate the measurable impact generated per unit of funding or donation.
• Framework Review: Review monitoring and evaluation (M&E;) frameworks, performance indicators, and annual reports to assess the transparency and credibility of reported results.
• Evidence-Based Reporting: Develop comparative analyses, research reports,



and analytical dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI to support informed decision-making. We are looking for someone who possesses:
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, etc.) and at least 1 year of experience in research, data analysis, or monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience applying MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) frameworks and conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments of program outcomes.
• A solid understanding of the non-profit sector and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to diverse audiences.
