We are looking for consultants with experience in Process Mining and Process Intelligence, able to work across the full lifecycle, from data integration and modeling to process analysis, dashboard development and identification of improvement opportunities. IP&P; Overview Our mission is to help organizations continuously improve performance through a combination of process excellence, process intelligence, automation and AI. Our consultants combine process, data and technology capabilities to identify inefficiencies and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. Main Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end Process Mining implementations across different industries and business functions.
• Connect, transform and validate data from different source systems, collaborating with client data and IT teams.
• Design and maintain Process Mining data models, including cases, activities, events, timestamps and business attributes.
• Configure and develop solutions using Process Mining platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, Apromore, UiPath Process Mining or similar tools.
• Define KPIs, process metrics, dashboards and analytical views to monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform process discovery,



variant analysis, conformance analysis and root cause analysis using transactional data.
• Translate findings into actionable business insights, collaborating with business, data and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, internal assets and innovation initiatives within the IP&P; team. What We Are Looking For
• 2 to 6 years of experience in Process Mining, Process Intelligence, data analytics, data engineering or related initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining platforms, such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, Apromore, UiPath Process Mining or similar solutions.
• Experience in data integration, transformation and data modeling for Process Mining use cases.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with transactional datasets.
• Experience developing process analyses, KPIs and dashboards.
• Understanding of event logs and Process Mining data models.
• Ability to translate business questions into data and analytical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have
• Advanced platform capabilities such as Celonis PQL, Machine Learning Workbench or equivalent functionalities in other Process Mining solutions.
• Experience with Python, APIs, ETL/ELT tools or data pipelines.
• Experience with Machine Learning or advanced analytics applied to process data.
• Experience connecting Process Mining platforms with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow or Oracle.
• Relevant Process Mining certifications.
