Proven experience selling property on the Costa del Sol ? Ideally already living in Marbella or the surrounding areas, with strong local knowledge and ready to join our office in Nueva Andalucía ? Strong knowledge of Marbella, the surrounding areas and local developments ? A track record of building client relationships, negotiating offers and closing sales ? Confidence on the phone and consistent,
