Together, we Make the Place Your Role Our SPA Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Spa and fitness area. He/she ensures that the highest standards are adhered to and that guest experience exceeds expectations. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Spa and the Hotel departmental policies, service procedures and standards:
• Consistently contributing to a positive work environment.
• Be aware of all products/services that are offered at the Spa.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and job skills, showing enthusiasm to always increase this knowledge and that of your associates.
• Ability to handle any guest/customer complaints and ensure necessary follow-up.
• Review and approves commissions reports and completes payroll.
• Responsible for Treatment and Retail revenue review and prepare month end KPI reports.
• Review slow moving professional stocks and implement tactics to move the inventory.
• To maintain company confidentiality, ensuring that business dealings within the organization are not discussed with outside parties. How you'll make the place




• Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order and maintains a high level of safety in the workplace.
• Effectively integrate the Spa within the Hotel Marketing Strategy and to ensure ongoing representation of the Spa.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rooms and Finance on forecasts, stock levels, requisitions, budget, targets etc. and ensure a par stock level appropriate to business demands.
• Prepares monthly financial and statistical reports, incorporating proposals and recommendations regarding policy and operation at the Spa; taking into account competition, occupancy and usage, market share and achievement of targets.
• Liaise with the Director of Communications in the preparation and development of marketing plans for the year and coordination of all promotional plans and projects.
• Responsible for motivating and driving sales and establishing targets, which are realistic and achievable. Could this be you?
• Prior experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle guest inquiry and complaint as well as establish meaningful relationships with guests and members




• Knowledge of budget preparation and control
• Possesses knowledge of SPA and reservation systems.
