At Zinco, we’re building the back-office of the future for millions of small businesses: accounting, taxes, payroll, financing, all powered by cutting-edge AI and automation, delivered with the trust of real human advisors who truly understand what matters to clients. We’re early. We move fast. And we’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment, not despite it. Your mission: We're early. We move fast. And we're looking for someone who thrives in that environment, not despite it. As a Technical Product Manager, your mission is to make Zinco the easiest place a small business has ever moved its back-office to, and the best-connected one once they're here. You'll own the systems that bring clients and their data into Zinco: migrations from legacy accounting and payroll software, and integrations with banks, tax authorities, ERPs and the third-party tools our clients and advisors rely on every day. You understand APIs, data models and edge cases deeply enough to design solutions with engineering, not just hand them requirements. You're the person who turns "moving to Zinco is painful" into "it just worked, and nothing got lost."

Key responsibilities
● Own the migration roadmap: define how client data (ledgers, chart of accounts, invoices, payroll history, tax filings) moves from legacy tools into Zinco accurately, quickly and at scale. ● Write technical specs engineers love: data mappings, API contracts, error handling, reconciliation logic and edge cases clearly defined before a line of code is written. ● Build data validation and reconciliation processes so every migration is auditable and nothing breaks silently. ● Use AI and automation to cut manual effort in onboarding and data transformation: mapping, cleansing, anomaly detection. ● Prototype and validate integration flows yourself (scripts, n8n, API calls, AI coding assistants) before committing squad capacity. ● Define and track success metrics: time-to-onboard, migration accuracy, integration reliability, sync errors and support tickets generated.

● Work closely with advisors and onboarding teams to understand where migrations hurt, and turn that pain into repeatable, scalable solutions. ● Manage external partners and API providers: evaluate vendors, negotiate technical requirements and own the relationship from an integration point of view. ● Document integration architecture, runbooks and learnings so the team can scale without depending on tribal knowledge. You'll fit in if... ● You have proven experience leading data migrations and/or third-party integrations in a SaaS product, ideally in fintech, accounting, ERP, HR/payroll or another data-heavy B2B domain. ● You're technically fluent: comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows (OAuth), data formats (JSON, CSV, XML) and reading API documentation without hand-holding. ● You're data fluent: you can query and inspect data (SQL or similar), design field mappings and reason about data quality, consistency and integrity. ● You translate between business and engineering: you can discuss a chart of accounts with an accountant and a sync strategy with a backend engineer in the same afternoon. ● You think in systems: you anticipate failure modes, idempotency issues, rate limits, partial syncs and rollback scenarios before they hit production. ● You're a builder: comfortable using Cursor, Claude or other AI coding assistants, Postman, n8n or similar tools to test hypotheses and prototype flows yourself. ● You have ownership and an extreme bias for action: you push complex, multi-party projects over the line without waiting for permission. ● You influence without authority:

you align engineering, operations, advisors and external partners through clarity and trust. ● You thrive in ambiguity: you structure messy, legacy-heavy problems and prioritize ruthlessly. Nice to have (not required): ● Familiarity with the Spanish accounting and tax ecosystem (A3, Sage, Holded, Contasol, AEAT, SII, Verifactu or similar). ● Experience with open banking / PSD2 aggregators or payment provider integrations. ● A background as a software engineer, solutions engineer or implementation consultant before moving into product. ● Experience with ETL pipelines, integration platforms (iPaaS) or data warehousing. ● Entrepreneurial or early-stage

experience:
you've worn many hats and navigated several areas at once. Why Zinco AI: ● Real problem, real users: You won’t build in a vacuum. Work closely with accountants, advisors, and small business owners. Understand their pain firsthand and turn it into solutions that actually work. ● Flexibility & hybrid work: Ownership matters more than schedule. We value working side by side in the office to collaborate, think, and build as a team. ● Tools & setup: AI-first tools, automation platforms, low-code environments, and latest-generation hardware to move faster and think clearer. ● Growth & development: Dedicated training budget, clear company direction, and periodic performance reviews for career progression. ● Compensation: Meritocratic culture: your impact shapes your growth. Adaptable benefits to make day-to-day easier. Zinco is still at an early stage of expansion and exponential growth, and we're looking for people to join the team and be part of the project. Whoever joins now will get to build processes, set standards and grow with the company. If you're looking for a comfortable, corporate environment, this probably isn't the place for you. If you want to build a benchmark company and grow at speed surrounded by ambitious people, we'd love to meet you
