Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in an international environment while contributing to projects that make a real difference to employee safety? We are looking for a Regional EHS Intern to join our Environment, Health & Safety team and support the development and implementation of EHS policies, tools and initiatives across our commercial function. You will work on a variety of regional projects, collaborating with different teams and countries and gaining exposure to areas such as travel safety, employee training, data analysis and the continuous improvement of EHS processes and tools. What will you do?
• Support the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures and tools across the commercial organization.
• Contribute to regional projects focused on employee safety, prevention and continuous improvement.
• Help analyze and monitor EHS information and data using Excel and other digital tools.
• Develop and improve reporting and working tools.
• Support the preparation and organization of safety training sessions, awareness initiatives and communication materials.




• Collaborate with different teams and countries to help strengthen a positive safety culture across the organization. What are we looking for?
• Recent graduate in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related degree.
• A proactive, autonomous and well-organized individual, comfortable taking ownership of tasks and contributing to projects.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Knowledge of macros, automation or data management would be a strong advantage.
• Interest in project management, process improvement and digital tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in working in an international environment.
• An interest in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). Previous EHS experience is not essential.
• Good level of English, as you will interact with colleagues across different countries. What can you expect? This internship will give you the opportunity to gain practical experience within a regional and international EHS team, contributing to real projects from the start.
