Corporate Communications & Design Intern

What you do

- Content Creation for Internal & External Channels: Proposing, writing, and producing content for both internal communication platforms (corporate emails, intranet, employee newsletters) and external channels (digital media, general media, and social media). Content must be tailored to each audience, aligned with the company's strategic plan, tone, and objectives, and informed by the latest industry news and trends.

- Visual Content & Design: Creating and adapting visual materials — including PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and other formats — for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines and visual identity

- Event Organization & Support : Actively supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of both internal and external events, from concept development to logistics and post-event follow-up.

- Internal Communications Support: Supporting the execution of internal communication actions, campaigns, and events for employees under the guidance of the team. Assisting in the day-to-day management of internal communication tools (corporate emails, intranet) and contributing to content creation for these channels.

- International Projects : Support to international projects with the Comms Group and alignment with Comms Group initiatives.





- Analysis & Reporting : Monitoring and analyzing the results of both internal and external communication campaigns. Interpreting data to identify key insights and proposing improvements to optimize future actions.

What you Bring

Mandatory Requirements

- Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university, business school or educational institution.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field with strong interest in corporate communications, content creation, branding, and digital media.

- Portfolio required: Please include your portfolio highlighting relevant work in communications, content creation, graphic design, multimedia, or related projects. Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.

- Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory) , with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt messages to different audiences and communication channels.
