We are looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Sales Development Representative to revolutionize how traditional industries—like manufacturing and logistics—approach sales. In this role, you will be the engine of the growth team, leveraging an AI-powered sales assistant platform to help B2B SMEs digitize their field sales efforts. Own the top-of-funnel outbound strategy, aiming to book * qualified meetings per month with decision-makers at trade-fair-intensive industrial SMEs.
Qualify inbound leads from major industry trade shows (e.g., AMB, EuroBLECH) and outbound prospects using BANT criteria to ensure high-quality handoffs.
CRM Excellence:




Maintain impeccable data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring every touchpoint, lead status, and context note is accurately logged.
Partner with the GTM team to test and refine messaging, positioning, and objection handling based on real-time market feedback.
Native or professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, specifically selling to SMEs in traditional sectors like manufacturing, logistics, or construction.
Tech Literacy: Ability to quickly adopt and utilize AI-powered sales tools and CRM workflow
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Slack, and Claude
Sales Craft:
Advanced skills in outbound messaging, cold emailing, and full-cycle sales strategies
