As the head of the financial controlling team, you will spearhead the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reports that drive informed decision-making. Financial and Strategic Planning
Support the annual strategic planning process, budgeting, and forecasting by providing accurate and timely data on local business performance to the Central Finance team. PL and Business analysis
Conduct monthly analysis of business lines and job families, preparing and presenting dashboards to local leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Project and Ad‑Hoc Analysis Contributions
Participate in cross‑functional projects from a finance perspective, providing a transversal and global view to support strategic initiatives. Deliver ad‑hoc financial analyses and insights to support decision‑making and project implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
~5 years of proven experience in financial controlling, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, and implementing accounting procedures and controls.
~ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
~ Advanced proficiency in Excel.
~ Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.
~ Highly organized with excellent planning capabilities.
~ Ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights.
