The Economic Management unit is part of the Finance Directorate and is responsible for managing the different procedures that have accounting reflection in the management ERP. The unit manages the entity's expenses and income ensuring that the entity's financial statements reflect a true image of the Foundation's assets and financial situation.
The position is part of the unit's revenue department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the financial management of teaching activities, including invoicing related to such activities and other agreements. In addition, they will maintain direct contact with research staff and other parties involved in expense management.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Financial management of teaching activities: Support the management and processing of revenue streams, including the preparation, tracking, and coordination of invoices.
