The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in the early and most strategic phases of the Business Master Platform rollout while acting as a transformation catalyst and ensures clarity, alignment, and readiness across business and IT streams. You will support global Business Master Platform delivery while collaborating closely with Product Owners, architects, technical teams, and local Operating Entities (OEs). Facilitate workshops with global and local stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements Translate business needs into structured, clear, and validated requirements Drive early testing readiness, including functional testing scenarios and data definitions Produce high‐quality documentation (business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows) Use Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure milestone delivery Align global BMP standards with local market needs and constraints Coach and support other Business Analysts to elevate team capability Ensure effective communication across business, IT, and management layers Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering,



Information Systems, or a related field ~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or system delivery programs ~ Demonstrated experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups (Product Managers, PO, Architects, IT teams, demanding OEs) ~ Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales processes, CRM capabilities, or large-scale sales platform rollouts ~ Ability to balance global standards with local market realities ~ Excellent communication skills in English (professional fluency) ~ Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process visualization tools (e.g., Visio, Miro) ~ Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and CI/CD environments ~ Previous experience in general/multi-country CRM or Sales solution rollouts ~ Background in coaching or mentoring junior analysts ~ We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team
