As an SAP TM Solution Architect, you will shape scalable, end-to-end solutions, guide customers through key architectural decisions and lead delivery across international SAP transformation projects. Lead the design of end-to-end SAP TM solution architectures for complex logistics and transportation environments Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solutions Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and customers' long-term technology roadmaps Guide and mentor consultants and developers to maintain solution quality and consistency across workstreams Support pre-sales activities through solution design, effort estimation and customer presentations 9+ years of relevant SAP TM experience ~ Proven experience leading complex SAP transformation projects, including at least four full-cycle SAP implementations ~ Strong consulting, stakeholder management and presentation skills,
including experience working with senior and executive stakeholders ~ Professional fluency in English & Spanish ~ Willingness to travel according to project requirements Work on complex SAP transformation projects across industries in an international consulting environment Collaborate with supportive global colleagues in a low-hierarchy working environment Benefit from adaptable
