At Necomplus, we are looking for aFinancial Controller to join our Finance team in Alicante and support a key business area within an international environment. Your responsibilities
* Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
* Analyze presente vs. budget/forecast variances and profitability.
* Prepare financial and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
* Monitor costs, risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other business teams.
* Contribute to improving financial reporting and processes. What we're looking for
* 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.;
* Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS is a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* CCH Tagetik knowledge is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Proactive, curious and business-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
