* Specify the tools needed for production, assembly, and testing.

* University degree in engineering.
* 3–5 years of experience in similar positions.
* Experience working with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
* Knowledge of developing products and industrialization processes. How success is measured
* Quality and timeliness of deliverables.
