You will determine how calls reach the right person via queues, IVRs, and the reliability behind every conversation. As AI agents handle more conversations, this team also manages fast, smart handoffs to humans. You'll set the strategy for Calls & Routing and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to deliver impact with minimal oversight.
