Our portfolio spans productivity, edtech, wellness, and entertainment, with category leaders such as Cleanup, Retake AI, and Learna AI. To support this evolution, we're building a finance function for the first time. POSITION This will be Codeway's first senior finance hire. You will report directly to the CEO and build the company's financial planning and strategic finance capability from the ground up. There is currently no FP&A; function, no formal planning cycle, and no dedicated strategic finance layer.

What You'll Do
FP&A;
- Immediate Priority Build robust financial models at both app and vertical level. Establish budgeting and forecasting cycles.



Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into performance. Strategic Finance Lead the financial architecture behind major company decisions. You've seen what scaling a finance function requires and have been hands‐on in building it. Strong fluency in app store economics, subscription models, and digital revenue dynamics. You've established FP&A; processes, built planning frameworks, or played a meaningful role in IPO readiness or major transactions.
