We are looking for a product-minded Software Engineer to join our Customer Ops squad, with the role open in London, Paris or Barcelona. You will own features end to end, from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through technical design, development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. This includes customer setup, onboarding, lifecycle operations, feature management, billing, cashback and notifications. The role is full-stack, with opportunities to work across backend services, APIs and integrations as well as user-facing and operational interfaces. TypeScript Node.js for backend and banking applications React on the frontend PostgreSQL for data storage; Redis, SQS, and Kafka for jobs and queues Terraform to define our infrastructure Kubernetes, Lambdas, and Step Functions to run our applications AWS as our cloud provider GitHub Actions for CI Develop features supporting the customer lifecycle, including billing, cashback, feature management and notifications. Solve technical challenges around cross-service consistency, retries, failure handling and data synchronisation. Contribute to the quality, maintainability and usability of the squad's systems. Fluency in written and spoken English (our business language) At least 3 years of professional software development experience, ideally in a product-focused environment.



Strong TypeScript skills, with professional experience in Node.js and/or React. Good engineering fundamentals, including testing, code quality and maintainable system design.
