check referencesFollow up and coordinate with Internal ClientsBuild network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of needExecute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviewsSource and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etcPost positions to appropriate sources, research and recommend new sources for candidate recruitingAdminister recruiting database and record keepingProduce and analyse recruiting reports and market mappingAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsBe an ambassador of Luxe Talent #J-18808-Ljbffr
