Key Responsibilities
* Machine & Equipment Operation: Operate basic equipment and machinery to carry out routine operational tasks.
* Operations Management: Execute daily tasks by adhering strictly to established operational processes.
* Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and appliances through proper prep work and hands-on assistance.
* Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Follow mandatory safety instructions to protect self, team members, and the surrounding environment.
* Operational Compliance: Comply with mandatory procedures to ensure high quality standards and adherence to internal codes of conduct and external regulatory codes.
* Internal Communications: Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and internal stakeholders.
* Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

* Education &

Experience:
High School Diploma / GED and/or 0-2 years of relevant experience.
* Verbal Communication: Clear and effective elementary verbal skills to express ideas and request actions.
* Planning & Organization: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with guidance to meet business objectives.
* Policy & Procedures: Guided understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
* Health & Safety: Basic knowledge and application of safe systems of work.
* Equipment Utilization: Ability to work towards optimizing the use of production plant tools, equipment, and materials.
* CAD

Skills:
