SAP Test and Cutover Leader

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Test & Cutover Lead to oversee testing governance and cutover readiness across a major SAP transformation programme. The role will ensure deployment quality, business readiness, and successful go-live execution through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Based on the programme's testing leadership model, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving testing strategy while coordinating all cutover activities across business and IT workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead business transformation and deployment readiness activitiesDefine and govern end-to-end testing and cutover strategiesAlign business stakeholders with deployment objectives and timelinesEnsure business and technical pre-requisites are completed ahead of testing and go-livePrepare and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops where requiredCoordinate with technical consultants, programme teams, and deployment managersManage SIT, UAT, regression testing and go-live validation activitiesDrive defect management and resolution processesDevelop and execute integrated cutover plansSupport go-live execution and hypercare activitiesCapture lessons learned and deployment best practices Testing & Cutover Responsibilities Define test strategy, scope and governance modelManage testing schedules,
