About the Role
Our client, a leading organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve lasting recovery, is seeking an experienced Coordinador de Programas de Rehabilitación de Adicciones. This role, based remotely, focuses on overseeing and enhancing our evidence-based treatment programs for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to clients, while also contributing to the strategic development and continuous improvement of our services. The idóneo candidate possesses a strong clinical background, extensive knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, and exceptional organizational and leadership skills. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated therapists, counselors, and support staff to create a supportive and effective recovery environment, impacting lives positively from your remote workspace. Your efforts will be central to empowering individuals in León, Guanajuato, MX and surrounding areas to reclaim their lives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of addiction rehabilitation programs. Ensure adherence to best practices and evidence-based treatment protocols. Supervise and mentor a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support. Manage program budgets, resources, and operational logistics efficiently. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners. Monitor client progress and outcomes, ensuring effective case management and treatment planning.



Contribute to the development of new program initiatives and service enhancements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Facilitate training and professional development for program staff.

Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field. Licensure as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LCSW, LPC) strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or program management role. In-depth knowledge of various substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, MI, Matrix Model). Proven experience in program development, management, and evaluation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with budget management and understanding of healthcare/non-profit operations. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote work technologies. Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is an asset.
