Since launching in 2011, we’ve grown into one of Northern Europe’s leading e-commerce retailers for caps and headwear. Now we’re continuing to develop Hatstore as a brand and a place to meet, both offline and online. With our store in Barcelona, we want to create an inspiring destination for caps, fashion and a great customer experience. For this exciting chapter, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and hands-on Store Manager who wants to help build our presence in Barcelona from the very beginning. Our international retail expansion is an important part of Hatstore’s continued growth. We’re now looking for someone who wants to help make Barcelona an important part of our international store expansion. Your role as Store Manager As Store Manager of our new store in Barcelona, you’ll play a key role in establishing and developing Hatstore in the Spanish market. You’ll be responsible for the store’s day-to-day operations, building and leading your team, and ensuring our customers have an experience that reflects the Hatstore brand. You’ll also work closely with our head office in Sweden and be an important link between the local business and our international team. Store launch & development Take part in planning, launching and developing our new store in Barcelona. Recruit, onboard,



develop and motivate the store team, and build a strong team culture. Sales & customer experience Ensure a high level of service, create an inspiring store environment and actively work towards the store’s sales targets. Store operations & merchandise flow Take responsibility for day-to-day operations, stock, merchandise flow, inventory and orders. Building the brand locally Help build Hatstore’s local brand through social media, partnerships, events and other creative initiatives. Budget & performance follow-up Manage the store’s budget and key performance indicators, and monitor and report results to our head office in Sweden. Have experience in retail, for example as a Store Manager, shop manager, team leader or in a similar role Have a strong customer focus and understand what makes a great in-store experience Have a good understanding of retail and the local market in Barcelona Are comfortable with social media and enjoy creating content and building a brand Are proficient in English, as you’ll work closely with our head office in Sweden Are proficient in Spanish; Catalan language skills are an advantage You’ll be an important part of our continued international retail journey and help launch our new store in Barcelona. You’ll have plenty of scope to influence how the store develops, how the team works and how Hatstore establishes itself locally. You’ll work closely with our head office in Sweden and become part of a growing international team.
