Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and tools for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Invent, build, and evaluate methods for automating quality analysis of large machine learning products.
- Investigate issues identified by automated tests and ensure they are accurately identified and resolved.
- Create systems for loss pattern analysis of issues discovered through automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and stakeholder teams to achieve strategic quality goals.
- Build automation and testing infrastructure supporting customer-facing machine learning features across Services apps including Music and TV+.

Requirements





- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Experience developing in Python, Java, or a similar language.
- Deep knowledge of QA test planning, bug lifecycle, and engineering and release strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred: understanding of machine learning and LLMs, data visualization, stochastic automation, loss pattern analysis, databases, and SQL.
- Passion for music and commitment to strong end-user experiences are preferred.
