In this role, you will act as a key technical reference across our software development teams, helping shape the way we design, develop, test, and deliver software. You will work closely with developers and technical teams to improve software architecture, promote engineering best practices, reduce technical complexity, and explore innovative ways to increase productivity through AI-assisted software development.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, sharing your knowledge, and making a lasting impact beyond individual projects, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of software engineering in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.What are we looking for?8+ years of professional experience in software development , including experience in senior engineering or technical leadership roles.Strong experience designing and developingproduction-ready software systems , with a solid understanding of software architecture, system design, design patterns, and clean-code principles.Experience withmodern software architectures, APIs, backend services, and distributed systems .Strong knowledge of software quality practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and delivery ( CI/CD ).Experience identifying and managingtechnical debt , improving maintainability,
