We are seeking an experienced
SAP CX Consultant
to support a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will lead business transformation activities, drive process standardisation, and ensure successful adoption of SAP Customer Experience solutions across multiple business units. Based on the programme's transformation model, the role requires strong stakeholder engagement, process expertise, and experience supporting complex SAP deployments.Key Responsibilities
Lead business transformation and process readiness for deploymentAlign business stakeholders with core processes and standard SAP best practicesSupport organisational change management and business adoption activitiesPrepare and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshopsCollaborate closely with technical consultants, solution architects, and programme stakeholdersEnsure business prerequisites are met ahead of deployment activitiesSupport data, testing,
cutover and go-live readiness activitiesProvide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiativesCapture, document and share deployment best practices across the programmeRequired SAP CX Expertise
