Job ID: Process Manager (m/f/d) for T Cloud PublicA Coruña, Bilbao, Gijón, Granada, Madrid, Reus, Seville, Valencia Professional RegularT-Systems Iberia Your Task As a Process Manager you will leverage your knowledge of IT-Processes from ITIL to Agile, adapting and implementing processes to the specific needs of modern Cloud IT Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Data Center technicians, providing clear email instructions regarding hardware replacement schedules and requirements. Vendor Coordination: Manage external communications with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts and service alignment. Incident & Task Tracking: Maintain real-time accuracy of hardware incidents by providing detailed updates within Jira service management tools. Knowledge Management: Proactively update operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within Confluence to ensure team alignment. Compliance & Security Administration: Manage security reporting workflows, ensuring all hardware replacements are accompanied by proper documentation, uploaded proofs of work, and adherence to safety protocols. Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows. Consistently automate with common frameworks. Design and implement internal tools and services. Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and motivation within the team. Establish and communicate processes where necessary. Engage in improving overarching process-landscapes and structures. Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner. Your Profile We are looking for a Process Manager with strong knowledge of IT processes, cloud technologies, and Dev Ops practices, combined with excellent process documentation and automation skills.



Must Have Skills Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training3 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for Dev OpsExtensive knowledge in infrastructure automation Knowledge of agile development processes High level of customer orientation Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions Fluency in written and spoken English Knowledge of IT processes from ITIL to Agile Experience with Jira service management tools Experience with Confluence for knowledge management Nice to Have Skills Open Stack experience Programming experience in open source projects About UsT-Systems is part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.
