Background

- The enterprise label management system serves as the comprehensive solution for Label Management and Printing within the organization.
- It aims to create a centralized and simplified labelling landscape, facilitate the storage of layout designs, expedite label design changes, and promote process harmonization across various departments and domains.
- This system also serves as the preferred printing partner for major transformational deployments, ensuring streamlined operations and consistency in labelling processes.

Purpose

- The Readiness Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful preparation and deployment of labelling solutions across global company sites.
- This role will focus on coordinating all readiness activities, high-level data gathering, documentation, and proofs-of-concept, to ensure that stakeholders are fully equipped to utilize the labelling solution effectively.
- The Readiness Lead will act as a bridge between the Delivery Team and the key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition and high adoption rates.
- The deployments will vary from integrating labelling print solutions for large ERP transformation programs to simpler migration projects, requiring versatility and a deep understanding of both complex and straightforward implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive readiness plan to ensure smooth deployment of labelling solutions across various company sites, whether part of large ERP transformation programs or simple migration projects.





Coordinate and lead high-level data gathering sessions and workshops to ensure the team understands the value and complexity to effectively begin the Delivery and configuration phase of the solution.

Create, populate, and maintain the Customer Implementation Approach deck and the Partnering & Consulting Data Gathering Workbook to support readiness and ongoing detailed data gathering and configuration within the Delivery phase.

Conduct readiness assessments and proofs-of-concept to identify potential issues and address them before full-scale deployment.

Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure that all readiness materials and activities align with the latest system features and process updates.

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders during the Explore & Consultation phase, addressing any questions or concerns and providing hands-on support.

Monitor and report on readiness progress, using metrics and feedback to make data-driven adjustments to the readiness plan.

Establish communication on a Leader & Expert level, teaching the customer to become self-serving via the internal knowledge portal and ensuring awareness of Agile ways of working, including ceremonies and cadences.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders,



ensuring that all readiness activities are well-coordinated and aligned with project timelines.

Identify and implement best practices for consultation and adoption, continuously improving the process based on user feedback and lessons learned.

Ensure that all readiness activities comply with strict quality standards, maintaining a high level of compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications & Experience:

Labelling Experience: Extensive background working with enterprise label management systems, centralized printing solutions, and label design lifecycle processes, preferably in a complex or regulated general environment.

SAFe & Agile Experience: Strong practical experience operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar Agile methodologies, with a deep understanding of Agile ceremonies, cadences, and iterative delivery.

Deployment & Readiness Leadership: Proven track record of leading deployment readiness, change management, and user adoption strategies for large-scale software implementations or major ERP transformation programs.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build bridges between technical delivery teams and diverse business stakeholders globally.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Demonstrated ability to lead high-level data gathering workshops, conduct complex readiness assessments, and oversee proofs-of-concept.

*Process Harmonization: Experience identifying process gaps and driving harmonization and standardization across various departments, domains, and geographical sites.
