ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you fluent in Euskera and Spanish and looking for an exciting opportunity in the banking sector?

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support banking customers, answer their questions, and help resolve their issues in both languages.

You will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working model after completing the initial learning period.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide excellent customer service to banking clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries in Euskera and Spanish.
- Assist customers with banking-related questions and concerns.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain clear and professional communication.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent written and spoken Euskera and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Willingness to attend on-site training in the Madrid area.
- Availability to complete a written language assessment and submit a short language video.
- Ability to provide a handwritten cover letter.
