We are looking for a Project & Business Process Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona and support key business projects and process improvement initiatives across Iberia. This is a hands‑on role combining project coordination, business process improvement, system testing, automation and change management, working closely with local teams and European stakeholders. What You’ll Do

Coordinate cross‑functional projects from planning and testing through implementation and adoption. Manage timelines, actions, dependencies and stakeholders across different business areas. Coordinate system testing and UAT, including test scenarios and business validation. Support European initiatives locally, working with Super Users, business teams and central stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and harmonise existing business processes. Support process automation, gathering requirements and coordinating the testing and implementation of bots and other solutions. Drive change management, communication and adoption of new processes and systems. What We’re Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Process Improvement, Operations or a similar environment.



Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business and sales processes. Experience with SAP and system or process testing. Hands‑on, organised and proactive approach, with strong stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work effectively across functions, countries and different levels of the organisation. Very high level of English and fluent Spanish. Previous experience as a Super User or Key User, or strong knowledge of internal company processes, would be a strong advantage. Benefits
