Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services to support projects nationwide, including those in

. Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers and subcontractors, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the most favorable contracts and cost savings. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, contract administration, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements in procurement activities. Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and finance teams to understand project needs and ensure alignment of procurement activities. Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust database of suppliers and contract information. Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and forecasts for senior management. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering,



or a related field; an MBA or Master's in a relevant discipline is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value procurement portfolios. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management principles, and risk mitigation strategies. Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams and influence stakeholders.
