The Role

We are seeking a design professional with high creative acumen and a proactive approach, capable of elevating our brand positioning and ensuring our communications remain compelling, trend-forward, and resonant with a general audience. You will be responsible for the conceptualization, layout, and execution of comprehensive design collateral across both print & digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Graphic Communication: Conceptualize and produce premium collateral, including event brochures, monthly newsletters, advertising assets, student guides, event programs, institutional brochures, and information flyers.
- Digital Execution: Architect high-impact creative assets for all digital marketing channels, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Visual Asset Management: Conduct advanced photo retouching and optimization to ensure the highest quality standards across digital and printed materials.
- Brand Stewardship: Internalize and strictly adhere to EU's corporate style and design guidelines, ensuring unwavering brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively propose innovative design solutions and manage the end-to-end production of impactful materials within defined project timelines.

About You

- Experience: Proven professional experience in a corporate or agency design role.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and contemporary interface/layout tools (Figma). A strong foundation in layout and typography would be an advantage.
- Linguistic Capabilities: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Other languages, such as Catalan, are highly valued.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related discipline.

- Creative Versatility: Demonstrated ability to tailor impactful visual narratives to diverse demographics, ranging from prospective students to executive institutional stakeholders.
- Resilience & Project Management: Exceptional organizational acumen, with a proven track record of managing concurrent projects and meeting stringent deadlines within a fast-paced, high-demand corporate environment.
- Collaborative Excellence: A team-oriented mindset with sophisticated interpersonal skills, enabling efficient and nuanced cross-cultural communication with professionals at all hierarchical levels.
- Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Proactive Initiative: A forward-thinking approach, consistently identifying opportunities for visual brand enhancement.
