FENIX is looking to hire an Information Technology (IT) Analyst based in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, and the confidence to work independently when needed. This person will be highly self-motivated, positive, resourceful, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent support services to our international team working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support AI agent platforms and agent-based workflows and help with company-wide AI initiatives
- Administer model orchestration tools and AI platform integrations
- Deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot applications across company environments, including macOS package (.pkg) deployments via MDM
- Support Docker-based AI workloads and applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Monitor platform performance, resolve incidents, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with business operations and consulting teams to implement and support AI solutions
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and related devices, including equipment setup and repair
- Guide employees through recommended troubleshooting and problem-solving steps
- Train users on new computer hardware or software when needed
- Document system changes,



revisions, problems, resolutions, and network support activities
- Evaluate and optimize network infrastructure to improve reliability and performance
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and operational standards
- Support the company's annual ISO 27001 certification process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business operations teams to holistically support smooth and efficient company performance

Required Qualifications

- Ready for a leadership opportunity
- Experience supporting AI platforms, AI agents, large language model (LLM) solutions, and model orchestration across multi-modal AI environments
- Experience with Docker containers and application deployments
- Experience deploying and managing macOS applications using .pkg packages via MDM
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation technologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
- Excellent written and spoken English skills for communicating with a integral team
- EU citizenship or ability to legally live/work in Spain without the need for any sponsorship
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technology or computer science
